Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 November 2026

This policy explains how WS SOLUTIONS LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #31413, Casper, WY 82609, USA ("we") processes personal data in connection with wcag.tech EU Compliance.

1. Merchants (Wix site owners)

When you install the App we receive from Wix your site ID, site name, site URL, language, plan and the site owner's e-mail address, and we store the settings you enter. Purpose: providing the App and contacting you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Kept while the App is installed and deleted 30 days after you uninstall it.

2. Shoppers who use the withdrawal button

We process the name, e-mail address, order number, the items and an optional reason the shopper enters, the time of receipt, and the IP address. We do this as a processor on behalf of the merchant, who is the controller (Art. 28 GDPR, see our DPA). The data is used to record the withdrawal, send the confirmation of receipt, notify the merchant and check the order number against the merchant's Wix orders. The IP address is used only to prevent abuse and is deleted after 24 hours. Withdrawal records are kept for the merchant while the App is installed and deleted 30 days after uninstalling. Shoppers should contact the merchant to exercise their rights; we support the merchant.

3. Store visitors

The widget in the store sets no cookies and does no tracking. To display it, the visitor's browser loads a script and texts from our server. Our application does not store visitors' IP addresses or browsing data.

4. Service providers

Transfers to the United States are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to wssolutionsllc@zohomail.eu.
