Getting started

1. Add wcag.tech EU Compliance to your Wix site from the App Market.
2. The setup opens automatically: enter the e-mail address that should receive withdrawals, pick your languages and where the button sits.
3. On Pro: enter the manufacturer details once per brand and fill the gaps the app lists under Product safety.
4. Open your store and click "withdraw from contract here" in the footer to test the flow. You receive the notice; the shopper receives the confirmation.

Where does the button appear?

As a link at the end of every page (or floating at the bottom left, if you choose), and optionally on every product page.

Do I still need to handle refunds?

Yes. The app records the withdrawal and confirms receipt; returns and refunds stay in your Wix store as usual.

Which languages?

Shopper-facing texts exist in German, English, French, Dutch, Italian and Spanish. The button follows your site's language.

Is this legal advice?

No. The texts follow the EU rules as we understand them; please have your shop checked by a lawyer.

How do I uninstall?

Remove the app in your Wix dashboard under Apps. The button disappears immediately; your data is deleted 30 days later.
