Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wcag.tech EU Compliance (the "App"), provided by WS SOLUTIONS LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #31413, Casper, WY 82609, USA ("we"). By installing the App on your Wix site you ("Merchant") accept these terms.

1. The service

The App adds a withdrawal function, a legal guarantee notice and product safety information to your Wix store, sends confirmation e-mails to your customers on your behalf and keeps a log of withdrawals. Features depend on your plan.

2. Plans and billing

Paid plans are sold and billed by Wix through the Wix App Market under Wix's terms. Prices, trial periods, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Wix. You can downgrade or uninstall at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (contact e-mail, manufacturer and product details), for your own legal texts, for processing returns and refunds, and for your store's overall compliance. The App supports compliance; it does not guarantee it and is not legal advice.

4. Customer data

We process your customers' data only on your behalf and according to our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. See also our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features to follow changes in law or in the Wix platform.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or fines and claims arising from your store's content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the App for misuse. After uninstalling, your data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection law of your country.
